Enlarged Menu Icons

I have no idea what has happened.
I'm also now not able to select a player ship or an AI ship.

EDIT: Last mod installed was the Core Ejection mod. I've turned it off via the mutator, but that hasn't helped.

Installing MVAM v2.0 afterwards fixed it for me.
