After our last little skirmish with the Maquis and resulting loss of medical supplies meant for the Federation frontline outposts, Starfleet Command has grudgingly granted us a guardian angel. U.S.S. Galaxy, the pioneer of Galaxy-class starships has been ordered to escort us during our run between Supply Depots and frontline Starbases. While her presence would be much needed in the frontline battles, Starfleet can't risk sending her in there before the necessary refits and upgrades have been accomplished. Until then, Her mission is to protect vital medical and military supply deliveries, like ours. With Dominion cranking up their attacks on all fronts, our cargo will be sorely needed ASAP. At least now we have a chance to repel attacks of Maquis and wandering Jem'Hadar fighters, as long as they don't resort into desperate Kamikaze runs and crash into us or USS Galaxy. Godspeed to us all.
