Most just use BC's ingame screen capture (PrtScrn).

Press F9 and it changes to Cinematic mode. You can change views using F1-5 and you exit by pressing F9. If you have KM 1.0, there's a script which allows you to fly the ship in cinematic mode.

Looks like he just pasted it into paint and thats it. He forgot to resize the canvas.

lol no need to do that... just hit print screen and it will be put into a screenshots folder in the BC directory.

Venture to fleet, we have detected a large force of Jem'hadar fighters on an intercept course. UNLEASH THE SWARM! Not as much fighters as I wanted, I was lazy. But there is enough firepower there to give a few Dominion Battle cruisers a run for the bank. There are 3 Peregrines just below the Venture's Saucer.

Sometimes mods can affect the 'Screenshots' folder creation, as for me (I cant remember which mod) so I usually alt-tab out and open fraps.

Cool! The Valley Forge is under construction. You would think that naming the ship by painting it on the hull would be the last thing shipbuilders would do. Great picture!
