At least it's not as bad as the SR-1 that's currently available for BC. :p

The Firing rate of any ME vessels puts any weapon the ST Races to shame.

The Main gun of a Dred, fires a Slug, ever 5 Seconds. and has a broadside of about 68 guns.

The Yield, is another thing, thou.

Quick screenie of Bones' SR-2 Normandy beta alongside the only other Mass Effect ship for BC, a low poly SR-1.  This just goes to show how far we've come.

I was getting ready to ask what movie he pulled it from???

That is an amazing shot, Tally!

Shadowknight, could you do a similar comparison with both ships as the SR-1?

Tally, and everyone, I have a BSG model with added details - they were released on Sci-Meshes a few years ago, a few months after Coxxon's original pack came out. I just trimmed down to the essential details (such as the armour) to save the poly-count (over 100,000 polies with everything on, which wasn't worth it). I never released it, because, no matter how I converted it, there were missing Polies in the ribbing in BC, despite them being visible in the editor, MPE, and NIFskope.

Despite this, it looks a metric f*ck-tonne better IMO, I also kajiggered around with the textures a bit.

If anybody wants to have a gander at the model and figure out why she won't convert properly, I'll pop it over to you, it's an MS3D at the moment, but I think I have the original 3DS's here somewhere, and those are more than likely still up on SciFi-Meshes.

Here's what it should look like, attached to this topic. Attached, is an ingame shot.

Klingon Academy now works on XP/Vista/Win 7 thanks to one dude's patches, click here for details. I highly recommend it!

When I have access to Bones' SR-1, I'll be happy to do so.
