@Phoenix and darkthunder.

The difference between baz and wiley is the following:

The saucer of baz has way more dept.
The corners and edges of the windows that are placed into the saucer are way sharper than wiley's.
I really like the saucer (the area especially between the pods and the windows, it gives it a 3d feeling).
I don't like the sharp edges though, it gives it too much of a game model then yet again..

The secondary hull is were i personally feel that baz drops the saurian brandy.. The height of it, is too long and to steep.(i'm talking about the torpedo launcher area).

Here and there are some quality errors but for the rest, this is an excellent vessel.

@Dartkhunder, dunno, i do like the legacy engine. It gives a very smooth look and you can get some damn great cgi shots!

on the legacy engine, some of the things i did with that and my models back with the Ultimate Universe mod where amazing - Graphically with bumps and shader 3.0 it was superior than bc but then again bc is now catching back up - legacy was nothing but a gloryfied screenshot maker :P - plus its where i made a name for my self so i have to love it :D

I was rummeging through some stuff and found a memory stick took a look and found this picture. I then had an epithany, two planets which are Class-M next to each other and I thought of this classic episode.

A taste of Armageddon

The planets remind me more of New Genesis and Apokolips from the DC Universe.

Frack me that legacy one is right on the money shot!!! - ok my problem i can't see the difference between baz and wiley (OH NO!!! runs for cover)

the only thing i can spot stirght away is the difference in font on the underside of the saucer

but meh ...Cookies away!!

There are a few tells...

-Baz's saucer rim windows are stretched out along the bottom of the saucer on the port and starboard sides
-The rim around Baz's deflector is a bit more rounded right beneath the leading edge of the neck, Wiley's comes to a bit of a peak
-Wiley's has thinner nacelle pylons
-The backlighting on Baz's deflector has a distinctive purplish hue to it
-Wiley's deflector dish has a metal rim just before the leading edge of the drive section like the Season 1,2 model.  Baz's deflector ends at the rim a la season 3-7 model.
-Wiley's transition between the engineering hull and the neck is smoother
-The backs of the nacelle grills on Wiley's are beveled into the nacelle body by the same amount as they are all the way around.

There are a lot more.  One of the big things you can tell is the difference in the reference material that is used.  I know for a fact that Wiley used the renders from a 3d model, while it looks to me that Baz used a version of the Sternback drawings, which incorporated elements of both the season 1,2 and seasons 3-7 models.

The Gal is one of DJ's, from the Galaxy pack.  Can't tell what the registry is.  Definitely one like the Challenger or something, due to the fully active impulse drives.  Only a few from that pack had it, I believe.
