Ok guys will take everything into account.
trekker670 when you said eyes less, did you mean close them abit?

i was browsing though bcfiles and i came across this.

lol no-one can slate the riker i've made when you see this. no offence to the guy who put the time and effort to make the mod.

EDIT: here's what i hope is an improvement.

Right other than making the hair abit more detailed does everyone think riker is finished?

i dunno...  somehow his face still seems offcentered...  in the second pic, it does look off a bit, like it is a mask he is wearing over his real face...
lol my condolences - isnt modding fun? :P :)

the face itself looks ok...  but as a whole (as if it were a mask) is a bit offcentered to the rest of the head...  it seems just a slight bit too forward...

and he looks a bit thin, but I don't think there's any way to fix that aside from direct modeling.

ok well i will try to somehow move the face backwards...

the thin issue, the nif head im using is too small fo the large body. about a 1cm gap is created when i use this head and a large body so i had to switch it down to the medium body. you can see on the previous page that riker originally had a large body, but then i noticed the gap and changed it

I think its the neck on the model itself. It looks too long and skinny to me and makes his head look a little weird.
Can't wait for 2014 to start.

his arms look a bit strange, and the torso is a bit blocky... but that's just more model issues.

I would try to make his face a little pinker still, I learned this lesson trying to make my face into a texture for a model, the best thing to do is to try and match his skin color to one of the stock ones, like Picard or Dawson, those colors will stand out better than photo real ones.

oh and if you want I can probably try to add a visor to Geordi's  head nif, as I do have a registered copy of milkshape
