Personally I think it looks a bit odd, maybe make the dark grey meet up with the black?

i think the wierdness comes from the fact that it looks like a darker painted area over the same fabric... probably if you make the areas to look separated for all it would look more realistic.

I'll have to agree with Cube. Adding a belt (even if its not necessary) would make the uniform look unique. Currently it looks like a refitted First Contact-uniform

yeah, i was inspired by fc uniforms. Like DS9 uniforms were a progression from TNG

these look good although, I think that it would look more like an evolution of the FC uniform if you used the AGT commbadge, not that I don't like yours, but it doesn't quite fit here.
