Now that would be amazing, a Year of Hell type ending I mean. So they can basically do whatever they want to Vulcan and Earth and all the characters.

I thought I saw two more kelvin class/Saladin class type ships in the trailer before this one.

You did, and there was another one in the Enterprise fly-by shot, seems to be named USS Lowell?  Only reason I'm thinking it's Kelvin-type rather than another Connie is the saucer rim.

BTW guys, check this out:

yeah that doesn't look like it came from the film at all / or made by the models from the film... looks fan made.
Canon is what people argue exists on ships that don't exist.

Judging from the textures and models, I'd say it's almost definitely fan-made.

I think that would be the temporal vortex as he travels back in time.  I think that really big light is just a sun.

It's apparently made by Paramount, or at least endorsed.  But the site paramountpictures.com/games doesn't bring up anything.  Possibly a game, but there wasn't one scheduled for the movie stuff.  :?

Putting Paramount's logo on something doesn't make it endorsed.

True, but that picture was from the insert for the SceneIt DVD game.

There is one thing I want to point out, but I'll refrain from the picture, but it seems as though the new Enterprise has dual aft torpedo launchers in that cut out on the ventral aft area of the secondary hull.

Ooh yeah!

And another thing, the impulse engines looks like a honeycomb. Or looking through a bee's or fly's eyes. That rhymes.
"To live on as we have is to leave behind joy, and love, and companionship, because we know it to be transitory, of the moment. We know it will turn to ash. Only those whose lives are brief can imagine that love is eternal. You should embrace that remarkable illusion. It may be the greatest gift your race has ever received."

They look more like cargo bay doors to me.

In that case, it would have to be the smallest cargo bay ever seen in Trek media. Wouldn't be much good for cargo at that size now would it.  :P

In this case, I'm gonna go with the whole 'OMG! Anutha torpeedo lawn chair. Dis movy entapryz r stoopid, lol' theory aswell.
Can't wait for 2014 to start.

I also spot the "canon" engineering hull ventral details located on the "scooped" area on the new Enterprise.  That was thoughtful. :)
