They're probably waiting for the SGA and SG1 direct to DVD movies to reveal what happened to the SGC and Atlantis.

As for Telford, I have a feeling he might be about to 'abuse' his knowledge of Youngs relationship.

I had a feeling he was going to pose as Young and try to get some. That scene with the stones cutting out in mid-shag was utterly inspired. I winced for Young. Telford's stunned reaction was just perfect.

Brilliant. Just brilliant. Telfords face mid-shag was indeed priceless. Curious as to what he had heard when he dropped the glass, but the instant it cut to Youngs wife at the end I knew it had to be him. Writers are really bashing on Young.

Rush just gets more and more badass. Telfords little chat with him kind of made it a little clearer to me that lots of people don't trust Rush at HCC, and I'm very eager to find out what he did that brought that on. Eli is getting more amusing too, great entertainment. Phillip Fry?

As for O'Neill, he's older, and has a very serious position. When he's serious the scenario typically calls for it, so I think it was out of necessity, and, as Darkthunder said, when the IOA is involved, things just get much, much worse.

When Telford just nodded to the others as they thought the ship was going to explode, I was so frustrated. Was the same kind of frustration I got from Admiral Caine, anyone else get that or am I just crazy?

I think it's safe to say I love this show, and it's just what scifi needed after BSG raised the bar by so much. But on the other hand... Episode 8 is a week away! :mad

I'm guessing the Homeworld Command Centre is just the command centre for Homeworld Security, that was mentioned way back when Hammond left the SGC to head it.

I think/hope it'll be wrapped up in the beginning of next episode...

Either that or it'll be left as a cliffhanger with us just guessing that the Destiny crew worked it out.

But... That episode... WOW... If I had any doubts about SG:U left... They're gone now, that's the best sci-fi I've seen in... Years.

That has to have been possibly the best thing I've ever seen on TV! The whole episode had me leaning closer and closer to the screen, I think I actually was sitting on air by the end of it.

It did get wrapped up. The solar flare started, he turned it off and assumably threw it into the gate. The episode technically doesn't exist! It's easily the first impressive use of time travel, and the first time I've seen a time-travel story and not been bored instantly. This show is definitely as good as Battlestar, with a chance to surpass it if it keeps up that level of... There's just not even a word. Just wow.

I missed the first 7 episodes, got stuck in with Time. Nasty little Tyranid Rippers, weren't they.

I think I'm hooked. I've now caught up episodes 1-3 and 7-8.

I think they're assuming the Audience will assume they got the message and cured the water. They assume to much.

Yes, the end of the episode was meant to convey that the crew of the Destiny would now have enough information to avoid catastophe. That was definitely my favorite episode of series thus far.

Well, for the typical kill-em-all-reset-button-everyone-lives! episode, it was very entertaining. And all that Kino-vision? got on my nerves (which I suppose was what they were aiming for). Nice

I can't believe they canceled Atlantis for this crap.
