Firstly, while this question is Technical, it isn't part of Technical Support.
As for your question, it's possible, but difficult, also, every player will have to have the same set of scripts.
You are better of with KM.

I still can't read peoples minds, nor can I read peoples computers, even worse, I can't combine the two to read what is going wrong with your BC install...

I wrote a program a few years back which automates the process. I think a few people still have it. I don't.

Yea, i made it pretty clear (with a msgbox hehe) at the time that it would screw up internet playability and people should just copy the BC folder over the LAN if they wanted to use it for LAN games.
I didn't have broadband so that's what me and my mate used to do.
He has since discovered girls and doesn't want to come round and play BC anymore
