Time for a another ship update... a new ship thanks to Cordanilus. It's going to be mapped soon ish so stay tuned for updates on this, along with the Krenim and Devore Warships :D

It's a good straight forward model but can the dome on the top to smoother?  The squares are a bit to obvious.

It's a good straight forward model but can the dome on the top to smoother?  The squares are a bit to obvious.

Thats because the smoothing wasnt applied when the renders were quickly taken. The model is fine with it.

You guys even put the little guns on the ship.
I was going to add turrets like those on the Midway...but I thought it was feature that was too small and would lag the game either texture wise or model wise...

There's no harm in trying ;). Its mainly textures which cause lag anyways :D

Right I've received the Krenim Warship from bankruptstudios so ive begun putting the basic colour scheme together. Don't worry there is going to be a lot of detail to these textures, so stay tuned ;)

Probably not, as they aren't useful.

Right i havent been able to do a lot on the Krenim since the last update as i've been busy with work, but ive found some time to do a bit in the last few hours. Only got to finish off the back wings and engine, then this is complete :D
