*runs for cover from an avalanche of cookies* :) The registry textures are done for these ships. I just wanted a few ships from each and not the whole armada of every single ship in existence like the Miranda and Constitution classes. It saves on computer space. I never did IDmap scripting before, so I hope I get it right. :)

Well, good luck! Has the hardpoint been edited to be more in line with le film? Or are they just using the original hp?

The Saladin in the Kelvin fleet pack is the same ship as the USS Kelvin, not the JJ Enterprise one.

They will be using the original hardpoints.

So you will release the JJPrise kitbas separately? That ship was nice indeed it would be a pity if it will not be released :(

...and I already have script problems. (see technical support forum). I did successfully put all of the ships in sub and subsub menus for better organization.

Hmm the Kelvin variant Saladin might be just like the Kelvin but lack of upper engineering hull, perhaps that would be close to the "original", and one other small thing, shouldn't the USS Mayflower be replaced with the USS Antares? According to memory alpha the Mayflower was not a ship that is defeated at the Battle of Vulcan the Antares was hoowever.

Um...the Kelvin did have accurate weapons. Perhaps not the correct sounds and speed, but still with looks, accurate.

They look great Wiley! Can't make out the name of the Trike though...

Edit: Shouldn't at least one of the ships be the USS Farrugut? Uhura nearly got assigned there and it was at the big job starbase otherwise she wouldn't be on one long shuttle ride.

Indeed, I misremembered.  In any case, how will you be scaling these?  Many sources have said that the new Enterprise is 2500+ feet long.  While I find that a bit ridiculous, they are official sources (ILM, the creators of the CGI model itself, has said as much).  Or will you be scaling it to the size of the original Enterprise/Enterprise A?  Either way it'll still be awesome.

The new Enterprise is "supposedly" 700 meters long.  I personally don't care how Wiley scales it and his other ships, he can claim artistic license.  :P

Good luck on those scripting issues wiley.. :(

Since the scripting problem hasn't been solved, I do have a Plan B. It involves having 12 nif files, one for each ship. I did this with the current Kelvin ships with each ship's registry will be changed in Nifskope.

Good ol' Plan B. :D And the whole pack is at 82.8 MB or about 24.6 MB when zipped. All the ships work ingame. I now have to alter the hardpoints.

Nice fleet you have there, but I think the Saladin doesn't need the uper engineering hull or will you make an alternative model without upper hull?, other than that everything is perfect!!! :D
