Though I did get all of the scripting correct and installed Galaxy Charts to get it working, I still got no sound for the warp effects. Plus, the inwarp glows kept on after being in warp, plus I hate the new starstreaks.

Though that is true, it is very subtle on this ship. It will start looking like a checkerboard after a while. It can be really easy to overdo it.

A little more weapons power is needed, I took the mk3 JJ connie up against Baz's JJprise mk4. Wiley, your ship struggled to destroy her, and had it not been for the Emergency repair option and Advanced Power Controll in KM, she would have been blown to pieces. Otherwise, sounds work fine for me, as well as textures and lighting.

Setting one persons ship against someone elses idea of a ship isn't a strictly accurate test. For all we know baz'z is too strong against other ships anyway. No offense baz. :P

I noticed when I saw the photons from the galaxy class in km launch out :eek Wiley's connie has an excellent Erepair crew so I hung on, barely

mission: SUICIDE!!!!


I just took 3 of the mk3 jj connie up against a borg sphere, we infilcted about 10% danage before it knocked out all of our impulse engines and took us out one by one. I managed to get engines back online temporarily and started another attack run, the borg locked a tractor beam and preceeded to launch 15 torpedoes into my warp core. I then exploded into millions of tine pieces.

Well said. We have only seen a handful of ships from the movie.

I have enough testers now. :) 3 is plenty.

Already PMed Wiley, but this needs to be posted so it can be seen.  I don't know if it's just me or if the Constellation is like this period, but only the lower saucer has the correct lighting, the rest of the ship's hull is extra bright.

I've had that problem too. It's a texture problem. It looks like the textures need a BLACK alpha channel. I'll address that in the readme with possible bugs. Tomorrow, I'll check the model to see if it was exported with glows.

Don't think its a alpha channel issue as the ship would be glowing if it was. More like a nif problem, but might be wrong. Send over the file if you want & ill take a look.

The only thing that should be glowing is the impulse engine. I now realize that I exported the ship's textures with the "_glow" suffix when I shouldn't have. I'll have to rename the files and re-export.

Well, WC's update fixed it and allowed me to see the Constellation in her full glory! Fantastic mesh and textures on that Wiley, the Constellation is a graphical treat, if not the best ship to fly into combat.  :evil:
