It reminds me (extremely broadly speaking) of the 'Star Cruiser' design in STO, big saucer with the engineering hull very close, and teeny tiny nacelles  :P But a LOT better than their designs. Much sleeker and less... whale-like.

A brilliant design, wouldn't mind seeing a few different pylon/nacelle configurations for comparison.

Good job on this one Wiley, love the work!

I still prefer your original re-design over the raised nacelles, maybe if you did two versions? I still would like to see the ship as you first designed it.

Yeah the double nacelles were awesome.  Keep it that way please.

If you want upswept nacelles, I think it would be better if the secondary hull didn't sweep up as well.  Feels now as though it were a wheelbarrow or handcart if you get my drift.
