Looking good!  I really like the huge hanger.  I'm guessing launch aft, land forward?  Or am I backwards?

I agree.  The big hanger/spine is a unique feature.  I don't think I've seen that before, but I like it.

By the way, Wiley.  Have any recent pics of your Galaxy?  I'm dying to see that thing.

I agree with this statement lol.  Also on the ship's spine, modern Aircraft Carriers launch planes from the front and receive them from the rear.  Although planes launch from the front because the ship turns into the wind and in space this is not necessary.  This could still be done for tradition's sake.

Wow, DJ wanted an update, here you go. These are most recent pics of the ship so far. I haven't worked on it in a while, and I still have many areas yet to texture/map (this was done before I knew how to correctly map a mesh). It may not be as good as DJ's, but it is a runner-up alongside of Scotchy's.

I hope to get the Enterprise-D finished by summer. Who knows, I may rebuild it, and use the same textures.  :funny

And to DJ- thanks for giving me a nudge to get this project moving, I'll most likely resume back to it after the Coercion-class.

Looks great, Wiley.  I really like the back of the interhull and the nacelles.  The textures look spot on, too.

Agreed, also like how the deflector assembly is coming along.

I got some more done on the upper sections. Now it's time to work on the textures for the underside.

Coercion... bit of an agressive name for a federation ship, isn't it?

Lovely design work, as always! Great flow to it!

Klingon Academy now works on XP/Vista/Win 7 thanks to one dude's patches, click here for details. I highly recommend it!

I agree. I could easily change it. I'm still not 100% happy with the name. Hopefully I won't be flooded with name suggestions.

Love the texture work you've done on her. She's quite a sight! :]

If I need any contracts written up, I know who to call,,, :P :D

Those textures are taking it to the next level. Really nice detail there.
