Now I really wish there was a way to simulate the lower power mode when the ship's impulse drive is off and deflector is gold, not blue without the switching around of stuff.  Curse BC's limited engine.

She continues to look good Wiley.  Wish we had a time machine so we could go back and slap that sucker in the Director's cut of TMP.  Would look so much better.

Looks good Wiley. Will there be an Enterprise-A to follow? I tried to combine textures and meshes of the Connie, and failed miserably. Can't wait to play this if you decide to release it.

This is the BEST TMP Connie ever created. I think it's safe to say that there will be no other competition on this design. Love it Wiley. Can't wait to download it.

Update on current mods:

TMP Enterprise Pack: Enterprise and Constitution ingame, and working (hooray for ID map swapping). I'm currently in the process of creating additional registries and different hull coloring scheme (blue vs green).

Galaxy Class Pack: Enterprise-D, and Venture variants done and ingame. I'm having issues with the ID map swapping, I might just have multiple versions of the same mesh with different registries attached.  :( Plus, saucer separation is being implemented if ID map swapping can be fixed.

Akira Class Pack: ID map swapping not yet attempted, but registries have been created, With Jimmy's help, a new hardpoint has been created featuring a more rapid fire photon launcher.

Sambreign Class starship: pronounced "Sam-bree-in"
37 decks tall, new ship design featuring elements from the Excelsior, Proto-Enterprise C, and Sovereign classes. This is a ship design I've been tinkering with for the last month, and it is nowhere near completion. I still have yet to add many details, and a possible saucer separation with custom captain's yacht. Enjoy!  :D

Great work Wiley!

The Sambreign is a very nice but... that scooped out section of the secondary hull/main deflector area is too extreme IMO. There's something about that specific section as it stands right now that, to me, makes it look a bit like a Jem'hadar inspired design element.

I'm with Moed. I like the idea, but think it extends a little too far. I love the Dorsal view. The impulse assembly and shuttlebay look really need tucked in like that.

I personally like the dorsal area, reminds me of the Enterprise-B.

I think it's beautiful as it is  :)
Though much is taken, much abides; and though
We are not now that strength which in old days
 Moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we are;
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

Hey Wiley, PM me on the ID issues, what exactly is going on etc.  Hopefully I can help (as I'm working on an ID map of your current Galaxy LOL, for personal use only)

I love everything but the nacelles... just something about them just feels wrong with me.

oh and hello... *I've been a ghost on the forums...* *YAY LIFE*
Canon is what people argue exists on ships that don't exist.

No need for kicking :P

I really like the nacelles and the oddity of the secondary hull jutting out like it does.  Maybe I'm just weird :funny

I'm trying to introduce some new ship designs, yet keeping within the "canon" Roddenberry ship design rules. Maybe more people will start liking the design once I start texturing it.
