Erm, no. The ripples in the water are simply far too large for a ship the size of the Sovie.
In reduced gravity (perhaps 0.1-0.25 g) the ripples in water grow to be larger than they would be in a standard 1 g environment. So perhaps the Enterprise crashed on a low-gravity world.
Change either one, and see which makes the image more believable. You're eye can't get around the focal point issue, but your logical brain can make up excuses for why the ripples are so large.
