Where can I find a deflector pulse?

Where can I find the 'deflector Pulse" like in the POTD.?

I believe it's part of one of the early BCS:TNG mods. The Beginning is the one I think, not sure.

Actually, what comes in BCS: The Beginning is an Assimilation beam.

The deflector pulse is basically a large phaser with different color and is quite a bit stronger. Meaning it would have to be made the same way normal phasers are made, in the hardpoint.

Agreed, and I had a look see at elim- BOBW galaxy [which has it] and it will not do for what I was looking for.
 Do you remember the TNG episode "Pegasus" when the enter-D went into the cavern, they had a spotlight , thats what I was looking for. [Oh Well]

there was a deflector pulse in the works at BCS, but the project never came to be finished...
El's BOTB Gal is the closest one that is available...
