DJ this ship is amazing! I especially love the look of the star drive section when the ship is separated. Love it and I can't wait to see more! Love the deflector that is on the saucer as well. Keep up the awesome work.

Will do... but not tonight.  Going to bed!  Gotta work tomorrow, though i'd happily work on this through the night.

Here is a schematic view of the ships so far.

While I'm sure we'd like you to work on it through the night as well, I doubt your work would want you to. :P  Looking fantastic as always DJ

Never thought I'd like a Federation warship but DJ she's as gorgeous as she is deadly.

She reminds me of the King George V-class battleships, small, good lines, fast, and pack a punch!

Wonderful work DJ...shes not a.....Marine corps ship, perhaps? hehe.

Worlds better than the Ares. Maybe they might look nice next to each other, if it wasnt for my horrible Fed modeling skills lol.

Only one suggestion comes to mind:

In the forward view you posted, the stardrive looks a bit "droopy". Any chance of making it more rounded underneath? And possibly make the aft edges of the saucer a bit more rounded as well?

Loving the design thus far. By my count, you've got atleast 18 phasers in its combined mode together with 8 torpedo tubes. Perhaps this ship was built for a renewed conflict with either the Dominion, or dare I say it... The Klingons? (STO reference)

This is probably the best ship I've seen since the Courageous. Wouldn't mind a bash at the HP if you want?
And it will be detailed like the courageous hp was (landing and registry lights for example)

Also looking at the schematic, are the bussards covered by the saucer (I know I mentioned that on your last ship!! lol)

Nice idea. Is it the same timeframe as the Century or later? May I ask how you get this rough, cast-like looking surface when rendering?
