I like the voyager looking one, is that a long range scout? I hope so lol. Plus I like the Small one, it's kind of quirky.

I'm definitely feeling the 2nd ship..(voyager style)  It reminds me of a troop or passenger transport..Primary engines for interstellar flight remains in orbit while the transport with the secondary engines prepares for atmospheric entry. I especially like how the  secondary engines on the transport are tucked in the body. Reminds me of a sky diver planting his arms by his side and shooting towards the ground :D Nice job.

The first screenshot looks really good - a sort of modern Miranda class?

Great concepts!

Here goes:

For ship NR.1: take of the bump effect from the aztecs, and in the future, try to draw aztecs by hand, don't use generic patterns, believe me, it's more rewarding that way. Also, I do not see any clear indication of a shieldgrid. The escape pods are not of a uniform size, they seem to the biggest on the saucer ventral, smallest on the dorsal saucer. Things that that ship is missing are as follows: thrusters, teleporter pads, some machinery (you really need to look at well made fan ships and cannon ships on this one), sensor grids.

For ship NR.2: take the shieldgrid opacity down to about 30-40%, add stuff that are missing from ship NR.1 (excluding the shieldgrid, since you obviously unaware, added them, they're the machinery on the saucer edges, but that doesn't mean that all ships should have it that way) and aztec her.
Easy is the path to wisdom for those not blinded by themselves.

What everyone has said is feedback and constructive criticism. IMO, it would greatly improve your work.
"To live on as we have is to leave behind joy, and love, and companionship, because we know it to be transitory, of the moment. We know it will turn to ash. Only those whose lives are brief can imagine that love is eternal. You should embrace that remarkable illusion. It may be the greatest gift your race has ever received."

1;  Right the 1st Ship is on old at this time

2; The 2nd ship has been name the May flower and is hard pointed but i am going to rework  the textures, here the information about ship (thanks to Gmunoz)
Mayflower Class Colony Support Ship
274m

Commissioned in 2420, as an effort to reduce costs to re-supply deep space stations, explorer ships and planetary terra-farming communities, the United Federation of planets envisioned the Mayflower Class as being the colony support workhorse for the Federation, serving many diverse roles.  They are lightly armed and shielded and although classified as medium-range starships, they cannot outmaneuver ships designed for combat and are dependent upon an escort for protection.  Mayflower class ships are capable of atmospheric flight and surface landing in direct response to the development and use of a stable form of transporter inhibitors and subspace scattering fields to impede ship to shore and site-to-site transporting of personnel and equipment.  For long distance deployment, they can be attached to specially designed Warp Sleds which increase passenger and cargo capacity and have a small shuttle bay that can hold two Type 6 shuttles and are also capable of operating as independent ships.

3; the 3rd ship design is taken from Star Trek The ship of the line 2007, july ship. What i think is the Altair class here some screen shots of her so far

Nice! There are some major smoothing errors on the bridge, though.

The nacelles look a bit squished.

I like it, looks like a Federation Romulan ship. Or something from the Future of Trek. I would push the nacelles down and give them an enterprise J look. Then we'd have another Future Tense ship.
