Sweet! Sounds like it will perfect the Nebula. If your BC super mod v3 is going to have models like this I can't wait!

Hopefully I'll have a new Defiant-class in the BC Super Mod V3.0 since the Defiant-class is present during a couple later missions - I think I might also replace my re-textured Vor'Cha and DX Negh'Var with newer ones from Red Dragon and ZZ.

Do you have any plans to maybe do the Akira or the Ambassador? The akira class and the ambassador class could really use a high res model.

We already have that; the P81 Akira mesh is fairly decent and makes a good Akira-class when paired with SNS textures.  The LC Ambassador is as good as it gets as far as I'm concerned - I'm not going to waste my time redoing ships that have already been taken care of.

Actually those were just additional registries for the SNS Akira, which is just the P81 Akira re-textured by Scotchy.  The new SNS Akira in the BC Super Mod V3.0 has a new hardpoint which includes the phaser strips on the nacelles.

And SuperSmeg, try deleting your old "Foundation" PYC file after installing the CR Nebula V2.0 and see if your problems go away - also try deleting any PYC files in your "scripts/Custom/Autoload" folder - you should also find out if any of your other modifications use an updated Foundation script, since this may be getting overwritten by the one in the CR Nebula pack.

Lol, I never knew you were also captain Bryan. Thanks SuperSmeg for pointing that out. Well now that I know that the Ambassador and Akira have good models I will download them. I can't wait for a high res Defiant. 9 of 9's defiant was good but it is missing the really high res stuff.

Also Captain Russell, if you ever need a beta tester for BC super mod like to see how it does on other computer systems for I could do that if you ever need someone to. I have a pretty decent systems with a Nvidia GeForce 6800 GT, 1.25 Gigs of Ram, and a 3.00 GHZ CPU.

I'll keep that in mind; you might want to upgrade to some kind of mid- to high-powered 512MB graphics card however - my X700PRO is lagging and it's actually a little more powerful than the 6800GT even though it cost less LOL.  Your other system specifications are ideal however. :P

I could also give you a nice SNS Akira hardpoint and a couple new high-detail SNS Akira registries if you're interested - I still have to put out several more new registries for the Akiras for the BC Super Mod V3.0 LOL.

This time around I'm going to include a very large comprehensive set of installation instructions in PDF format with pictures so that the installation of the mod will not be so difficult for people who can't use mods.

Well I might upgrade but my monitors max resolution is 1280x1024 and it runs smoothly. Now if I was to have several of your ships in a QB at the same time and it gets a little slow does that mean I need a better graphics card or more RAM or a fast CPU?

The graphics card does the most - sure having a fast processor and lots of memory helps too, but graphical memory is what handles lots of pixel shading and big textures.

Ok thanks. I might consider getting a better one around Christmas after I get presents and money. I am too young to have a job so I don't really have the money to go out and get a new graphics card.

Try the 512MB X1600PRO - it's pretty cheap and will give you a good edge.  If you're here in the states you can get one for around $140 on sale.

Is that an ATI card? I am used to Nvidia cards so I can't really compare the numbers to the other cards I know.

I was going to get a x1600 but the bloody store didn't have its in PCI-E so i grabbed the x1300 to replace my x700

Yeah the X1600PRO is comparable to the 7600 as long as the memory capacities are the same; the X1600XT is the most powerful AGP card available if you're still stuck with AGP like me LOL.

Well some computers on the market have both AGP and PCI slots so if hes lucky enough to get over $400 dollars for christmas, he could do what I did and upgrade to an x1900XTX 512MB Radeon card.

System specs if you need more then one beta tester for BCSM V3

Windows XP Home SP2
Pentium 4 3.06Ghz Processor
X1900XTX 512MB Radeon Card
1GB DDR2 Ram
Can't wait for 2014 to start.
