dunno... something looks off with it =/

The neck is too far forward....you need to move it back from the bottom some, not too much much though.

EDIT:  Here's where it should be :)

LOL I guess I shouldn't post when I'm too dead tired to even keep my eyes open.  I totally didn't realize how that looked.

Either way...Baz...you're keeping them rollin like a 18 wheeler going downhill :D

The neck also seems to be a wee bit too thick...

I watch these constantly from all you guys, and wonder...where are you hiding these finished mods?!  are you still beta testing everything or what?  I'm dying for the JJprise-A.

btw, markyD...if you've got the free time, and wanna work on a Daed clone, why not a JJaedalus?

I know baz, if they're not released, then they're not ready.  Patience.  8)

Baz, if you don't mind, could you post a close up render of the TOS Connie's forward secondary hull from the side?

The forward section still needs work.

And yes the bussards are animated. I have already riged an ifl animation sequence to the bussards

Hmm, that's what I thought.  You've got a good thing going here, but there are a few flaws, particularly proportion wise.  Your nacelles are sitting a little too far back on the pylons and the connecting dorsal isn't quite right either.  Also, the three "prongs" on the secondary hull need to be flush with the larger part of the hull, not the smaller.  I've attached an image overlay using the 1701's schematics from Trek Core to try and illustrate my meaning.  However, props for using the original TOS deflector dish rather than the one that was made for the Smithsonian model's restoration. :)

I have shift the nacelles and rebuilt the foward section of the secondary hull.

I am now using Scott Gamman's connie for reference, he built the model for the New Voyages
