I don't want the metalic look, i want a TOS look so a little aztecing under a base coat.

I think she's looking good so far.  From some of the reference pics it seems that she doesn't have a major metallic look like the old NX did.  I'm pretty sure the TOS look was really on their mind when painting it.

The beveling for the saucer aztec looks great-- subtle. The bridge area's aztec needs to be a little less 3D. You might need to tone it down. Your skills are improving. :) Everything looks very clean and aligned properly.

I don't know if it's just me, but there seems to be a texture alignment mismatch around the registry on the saucer top, I've outlined the area I mean.

Beautiful.  Your texture work on this is better than anything else of yours in my opinion.  Good job. ;)

Looks good, the textures still seem a tad darker than pre tos standards. But have a cookie

Will the "stardrive" deflector dish be backlit like the saucer dish? Shaping up quite nicely so far.

Canon is what people argue exists on ships that don't exist.

Hmm, I can foresee another refit where the catamarans are removed entirely and the rectangle is turned into something more reminiscent of the Excelsior's aft saucer.  I might make a sketch.

Nope, she has no secondary hull in the last 2.  Judging by the separation plates on the undersides of the catamarans, it's designed that way.
