well considering this is the ship modding board ignore my previous question so I pose you this .. is accuracy more important in ship design? discuss
drafting software offered in the form of Autocad or the 3ds/maya programs.

You should be able to load the rings as a ship, and make them uncollidable. Don't ask me how to do it, though...
