Man, that's cold!

I'm originally from Upstate New York and I remember quite a few times when the temp went down to around the -70ish F.

Molecules move pretty slow at these temps  :funny

The colder it is, the easier I breathe. I hate warm weather, it's agony for me...goes that way when you're born in February  :funny So, bring on the cold, snow and the beautiful half-darkness of a winter night  :evil :arms:

black ice really pisses me off, and always triggers a mild heart attack...
steve and me hit a patch of it other way to work this morning, and came within inches of what would have been a terrible car accident - fortunately his cat-like driving reflexes, the fact that no one was just then coming down the other lane where we slid into and wound up (and the angel no doubt riding in the car), nothing major happened...

I love the winter. I love the snow  :) . Every brake between the different class hours we went behind school to have some shooting with snow balls. I was the onlyone who not feel the negative temperatures and I was with my Manowar T-shirt  :funny . It was a lot of fun ;) . Ive heard on the news that tommorow will rain and the snow will dissapear :'(

More proof that cold keeps you awake and on edge rather than slow & sleepy!

unless of course, your only half awake while driving on it :P that happened with me a lot.  3-5 in the morning in the winter is NOT a lot of fun if you have to drive in it.

I like the cold weather too but...

Give me summer anytime! I live in California and the Pacific Ocean is only a half-an-hour away...

I occasionally surf...... and bikinis are nice   :D

I love surfaced covered with ice, I love my bike, I love speeds beyond 50kph, I love breaking with two wheels blocked :funny Yesterday while I was on my way to the shop, I take the maximum of my bike and on 12th gear on short stage with over revolutions from my feets, Ive reached about 45kph. After that breaking with two wheels blocked for about 15-20 meters. I love powersliding too. For now I have never fell from my bike in the winter. The body of the bike is a bit old but I am happy that is not from lite alluminiom. I have a bike of steel (Heavy metal surrounds me :funny). Here a pic from the last summer when I was at countryside. I should go out with friends and they will capture videos and pictures how I am trying to kill myself with the bike :funny

Woow, I see I am the only one not in school but in the north part of the planet that today most of the time spent with only T-shirt, jeans and shues. I remmeber about 4 hours ago when I went to the shop, the people were freezing and when i came only with T-shirt upper, they look at me like I am an alien. I hate warm. When the temperatures are more than 24C, I am starting to get sweat a bit. Not to talk this year 40C and above degrees per that year summer.

Aye, same here, born in january during one of the harshest winters (-20 was average night temp, and day temp was -10) can't stand winter either... tho there are some fun aspects about it ;) like 360 spins on asphalt fooltball pitch covered in ice'n snow near my house :D

ouch 2 months ??? I imagine he looks like Jo?in z Ba?in now :funny j/k

my top speed on bicycle was 66.8 km/h ... couldn't do better cuz I couldn't handle it anymore, front wheel was not entirely centered... actually it was quite curved in 2 places so ride got quite bumpy at 66 km/h and I didn't wanted to lose my face  :funny

My previous thin aluminium rims were curved but my suspension was making the ride smooth, but now with the new rims its different. The axes has a lot of momentum and the aerodynamic rims and tyres are great. With the new tyres when you ride straight there is very small surface t?uching the ground, but on corners, the tyres are having about 2 inches of surface to touch the ground and I can take corners with massive speeds :P

Vlad: at least you can actually USE your bike.  i can't get parts for mine due to shere age.  besides, where the heck do you find 27 inch rims in THIS day and age? (let alone the tyres)

YOU guys are the younglings around here, remember?  I'm the one with the old guy mug and heavy metal hair (this gets any longer I'm gonna have to go find rubber bands again...)
