Will this be able???

Is there a way to make shadows in BC?I think it could be. You know these lines that appear when your ship is traveling very fast (about 50000 KPH). Can they just be done to be negative on where the light is coming and to be dark? I got the idea when I started deleting things from scripts folder to see with how many scripts BC can load.

The shadows are D3D effect and except with new engine and some visual basic scripting, there's no other way.
