Very nice.  But it's kinda Escape pod Overload.

With exception to the command deck, I would rip one out from each strip and then space them out appropriately.  You could fill in the spaces with the samller latches that you see between each escape pod on the Sovereign class.  They're pretty much just mini escape pods.

the ones furthest aft on the sides could go and a couple on each side on the furthest fwd in my opinion. Let me know if/when you need hp's.
I just realised something. I've released over 300 fully modded ships for bridge commander. Bow to your master :D

not sure right now but i would say small, some time big due to the idea of the ship is a drop ship, plus the escape pods only  fit 2 people inside thats why they was alot of them,
small update

 ahoy to that ...   I don't get it why people keep to add escape pods that are half the size of an escpe pod ...

totally no disrepect for yoour design, on the contrary I find it really cool, somthing like Okinawa class in TNG era

78 escape "pods" if i'm counting correctly, but the size of which looks to be almost as big as the windows. Either the pods need to be scaled smaller, or the windows need to be scaled down. If the windows are scaled down, the ship will have a drastic increase in overall size.

Counted 39 escape pods on half of the ship (both dorsal and ventral), and duplicated the number by 2.

If it's a small ship, 78 escape pods would be way too many. If it's a larger ship, it might be too few. In any case, the windows either need to be resized, or the pods need to be resized.

The windows are probably about two meters long.  If so, then the escape pods are about two meters wide.  You'd only be able to fit at most two people in a two meter wide escape pod.  So an escape pod number of about 70 limits the crew to 140, which is quite reasonable in my opinion.
