Well I'm not sure I like the birdie detatching from the ship but hey, I've seen far weirder things and I guess this just comes down to personal preference. Regardless, I really like the direction you're going with this so far; she looks hella fun to fly. At a glance, your modeling work is pretty good as well... from one artist to another, might I ask for a wireframe-overlay render?

the detachable birdie is so that when the ship is about to blow the captain can be like "To hell with the crew im saving my self!" and then hits the eject button. lol
You may know me as Batoy853 elsewhere...

Let's hope the mapping on this mesh will not be irregularly stretched like Cinqnic's other ships.

Yes they do. Looking good so far. I hope the font you use for the registry is something other than Arial.

Looks awesome.  I like the detailed modeling you did, and the subtle texture colors are working out nicely.  Keep it up, man!  Definitely your best work!

THANK YOU

Heres a little update not much left on her to do (model wise) Gone with the name U.S.S. Horatio NCC-10532-A

Little BACK STORY

The USS Horatio (NCC-10532) was an Ambassador-class heavy cruiser in service to Starfleet in the 24th century. From the 2340s to 2364, the Horatio was under the command of Captain Walker Keel. (TNG episode: "Conspiracy") In 2364, the Horatio rendezvoused with the USS Enterprise-D, the USS Renegade, and the USS Thomas Paine in orbit of Dytallix B so that Keel could discuss the possibility of a conspiracy in Starfleet Command with Captains Jean-Luc Picard, Tryla Scott and Rixx. Following this meeting, the Horatio was mysteriously destroyed in Sector 63. Starfleet Command believed the ship imploded and now the Horatio A is under his son Captin Jason W Keel,

yes it has the bridge section doubles up as a captains yacht,MVAM part

Are you going to place th escapepods directly on the hull or just under it like the defiant, so they aren't visible?
