reserved resistration?

hi all you may be aware that i became a dad on saturday :yay:
I would like to know if it would be ok to reserve a registry number for a future ship i will design for my son.

I'd like to reserve : 954266
My son was born 9.54 on saturday 26th june ie: 954 26/6

Might as well reserve the NCC-26610 for a future (or past) ship? (26 June, 2010)
