Voyager Endgame shuttle bridge fix

This is a minor fix that will give the VOY Endgame shuttle cockpit a more canon red alert state: bridge darkens at red alert and has flashing lights.

ypu may want to do this with the T9 cockpit too...

do you REALLY think haven't done that already?   The Type9 isn't even officially released yet.

well sorry lurok, i get carried away and i didnt know you'd already done it to the T9, im no mind reader...... im also like this becase i like to see accuracy( and be able to define a wall from another), besides i cant help being born "this way" plus i have certain mental conditions, in the ADD, Aspergers and ADHD departments, so its kinda hard to controll what goes on at times, and i DONT need medication before you say anything.

jimmy, for you, the short explination is, i sometimes loose controll.
