Guys I need some help. I want to install the Slipstream Framework in BC but I need first to install the slipstream drive in the ships and do some modifications to the hull etc.

But the problem is that it is difficult! Do you know a way to install it and use it easy?

No. All you can do is either download a ship which has it pre-installed for you or follow the tutorial which describes the process in detail.

Nice, but could you give me a link of a ship, which has it pre-installed?

I can't understand how you missed the sole directory called 'Pre Equipped & Repackaged Ships' in it you would find 3-4 ships which were modified and redistributed with slipstream included. Also, the  search is your friend.
