Awkward heavenly glow.
« on: December 04, 2011, 06:48:16 PM »
OK, I re-scaled the ship (http://bc-central.net/forums/index.php/topic,8887.0.html). I have fixed the weapons in MPE. Now when I test it, It glows WAAAAAAY more than it did previously. How can I fix this? I have Photoshop CS5 and several Corel Programs (somewhere in a pile of boxes filled with registry keys and cd's). Any suggestions? Also in NIfScope I saw what looked like textured models... How?
I am asking for assistance not...

Thankyou.

Sorry if the title is too distracting.

Check the alpha channel in photoshop.

should be mostly black with some white. basicly if it is white it will glow.

How do you tone down the glow of the entire image?
Whenever I try to edit the alpha channel it creates a new channel.

Select the white areas in the Alpha channel and add some grey. A little makes the glows not so bright. The more grey, the less bright.
