ST6BoP no longer fires while cloaked

As the title says the ST6 cloakfire bop no longer fires torps while cloaked. What I did was try to have it so that it would fire two torps all the time while cloaked instead of the first two-three volleys. I've changed some settings then changed them back but im not sure why it just suddenly stopped. I've used both BCUT and MPE to get it to work again. Thing is this was two weeks ago so I can't give you specifics on what I changed. It still fires fine normally though. So, heres the hp file for it. This is the one from the latest KM version btw.
