Where Can I Find The SFP Interceptor Class?

I just went to BCFiles and noticed there is a new mod posted for a retexture of the SFP Interceptor Class.

Problem is, I did a search for that SFP Interceptor mod, (not the retexture, but the actual ship) and I get zero results back.

So, does anyone know where I can download that Interceptor? It looks like a cool mod.
