« on: March 17, 2013, 11:58:11 AM »
So, over Easter im going to New York (finally some holidays after almost a year)

As I am interisted in Trek, is there some Trek-Related stuff i have to visit while I am there?
I want to visit the Intrepid sea, air & space museeum. But i read that the shuttle Enterprise got damaged by Sandy.

I came, i saw, i added a Sig.

You could do literally nothing in New York and still be entertained - it's that kind of place :D
Though much is taken, much abides; and though
We are not now that strength which in old days
 Moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we are;
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

Well personally, I would pay tribute at Ground Zero first. Then go trolling about.
On a pirateship talking piracy with pirates. Arrrr me hearties. There be whirlpools here. And another pirate ships. Full of pirates... from pirateland... and piratebay... Pirates... piiiiiiratessssss.

Whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM TIMES SQUARE (or at least look at the other wonderful parts of the city haha). A lot midtown Manhattan is now a soulless tourist trap...

My love
Is wand'ring in star-flight
I know
He'll find in star-clustered reaches
Love,
Strange love a star woman teaches.
I know
His journey ends never
His star trek
Will go on forever.
But tell him
While he wanders his starry sea
Remember, remember me."
