The plural would be 'otlh cha

In the Ent Episode "Sleeping Dogs" they are called "pu'Dah dak cha"  but I think that's something like "torpedoes of the phasers" if my grammar is correct.

makes me wonder, how much of the Klingon in TNG, DS9, VOY and ENT was taken from that Klingon Dictionary, but that is for a separate thread.

yeah, the Klingon Dictionary has the words (i have both versions of it somewhere in storage), but it's probably been changed over the years.
