WIP of TiqHud

 To inform several of you, for about a month Now, I have been repositioning some of the Planetary systems to reflect the look [sort of] of the Book, Star Trek: Star Charts by Geoffrey Mandel, ISBN 0743437705.
This is only a repositioning on the Galaxy Charts Display , very little is changed of the actual systems. Only a little rename, and maybe a change in the ControllingEmpire.

Example: Name = "Belaruz_M" (maelstrom), or Name = "Deneva_Canopus".

Name = "Psi's Blackhole"
ControllingEmpire = "None"  --repositioned to CENTER of MilkyWay--
or
Name = "Tellar_CJones"
ControllingEmpire = "Federation" -- was Tholian--

And Since I dont use the WarSinulator function , I am not a very good fighter pilot, many of the encounters may become where least expected. There may be a Romulan Controlled system within Klingon Space. [keep me busy, while waiting]

im game. i sometimes use the war sim.. though after some time it does cause a crash...

though i will admit i may not be able to shake it down THIS weekend.

maybe over the week between working on the falcon.

my only gripe is how clustered all the text is going to look at certain zoom levels.... but then again thats kinda been my gripe about GC from

the beginning..
