Nah, transphasic torps are only OP because they were early in time.  The Borg can't adapt to what by all rights shouldn't be there.  Don't forget that photon torpedoes are equivalent to variable yield nuclear warheads, extremely deadly if you don't have shields.  Transphasic torpedoes probably did so much damage to those cubes because they hadn't anticipated them and probably wouldn't know how to set up their shields to negate their damage.  We see how effective an unfamiliar weapon is to the Borg the very first time they appear in TNG.  The D's phasers blast massive chunks off of the cube.  But in every subsequent encounter, phasers do hardly anything, likely because of Borg adaptation.

Also, the Borg were shown adapting to Voyager's "future tech", which would've been some 70+ years before this "Evenstar Class" was made.

The concept for the warp 13 drive is that this ship can go to warp 13. :p Not really sure what you're asking there, Hobbs.

I have no idea how to tackle the Endgame problem. The problem with using cheap and lazy time travel to resolve the end of a series because it wasn't planned out properly. Honestly, I think it would have been better to have Q just show up and go "Here, have a lift home." I hate the look of that ablative armour, so that's a definite no.

It's never stated that ablative armor has to be replicated in order to work.  I would consider simply integrating it into the existing design's armor paneling.  It might seem nitpicking now, but you're early enough in the process that you have time to give the ship a writing pass and continuity keeping pass in addition to several art passes.  Trek's two greatest Enterprises, the TMP refit and the Galaxy class, were heavily refined in all creative aspects until they fit a logically evolved art style from previous iterations, advanced technology extrapolated and innovated out of the old, and also fit the storytellers' bills.

I know its not real but:
There would be warp 13 only if the scale was changed.
warp 10 is infinite speed. So I wondered what your theory was.

Ablative Armour could probably be worked into the hull alloys somehow, similar to 22nd century hull plating. We know that the Defiant had ablative armour, even though it looked like a normal hull. Trek ships ended up getting encumbered with too much detail by the end of the 24th Century. I want to return it more to it's roots a bit. Less battleship and more explorer. At least in how it looks.

Warp 10 isn't infinite speed. It was broken plenty of times in TNG. In fact, with help from the traveler, the Ent-D past warp ten and went off the scale. I would imagine that a tighter, more compressed warp bubble would allow for greater speeds.

Also, Warp 10 "is infinite" was only mentioned in ONE episode (never before, and never after), and it was probably the worst episode of the entire series. As you said, TNG broke the speed barrier many times, including the series finale (where it seemed to be "normal" to travel at Warp 13).

I would assume that with all the ships going warp 9.975 and such towards the latter end of the twenty fourth century, someone got tired of having to say so many points past the decimal and said "Screw it, this scale's too constricted.  We're now going warp fifteen.  Twenty is the new cap."

thats what i thought.

if i mention the voy episodes that have other warp style travel will i be slated lol

i think there was one where there was mention of possible different layers of subspace and different speeds within those layers.

i may have made that up though lol. (my transwarp theory is based on that idea... my transwarp is 9.8 times faster ie: transwarp 1=warp 9.8 transwarp 2 = warp 19.6 etc...)

All hail the messiah!
