Ships not attacking after warp

When I warp away from a battle and the enemy ships follow me they don't attack upon reaching the system, any help would be brilliant. Console report attached.

Your console dump is clean, if you have a mod called Target Group Override ditch it. Otherwise contact USS Frontier over at BCS and ask for his input since GC during warping resets ship AI's.
