So far, I hit a snag with the Slipstream scripting.  I'm not a scripter, just someone who can edit some scripts.  My slipstream still works, just can't switch models....yet.  Didn't take too long to make the extra buttons though.  I may look through DS9FXmain.py to see how Sovvie did it.  It's definitely not like changing the textures or adding new textures to the old slipstream.  That seems much easier.  :-P

Anyway, still going.  Crossed eyed from backtracking all the scripts.  ha ha ha

Well done, Cordanilus. Well done. :)

My favourite is definitely your recreation of Star Trek: TMP's wormhole. :)

It's too bad the lighting is coming from the system instead of the tunnel.
That would require a programer to fix I'm sure.

The only lights in the system I do believe is ambient light, and directional light.  The tunnel model is set to use emissive color.  Which can only be used if the speculars and no _glow textures.  The _glow textures forces the textured animation to leave behind the 1st texture used, the one that it applied to the model.  It's a limitation in the game.  But, changing the ambient light and directional light is easy enough.

@Saquist  What would be your suggestion?

@JimmyB76
Yeah, I'm hammering out a bunch of stuff I have unfinished.  It seems quiet here.  But hopefully, I'll bring back some attention with these eye-candy mods.  lol

Is that why it's quiet here? :-P  I haven't checked out excalibur in a long while.  I must do that.

Edit:
Has anyone made an Ambassador Class starship in a while?  Since LC, and other than for Excalibur.  I may just build one, eventually.  I like how the bussards looks like a light bulb in "Yesterday's Enterprise"  I can probably play around the the NiAlphaProperty in nifskope until it works right.  We'll see.  Backburner for now.

I don't believe that any one has recently worked on an Ambassador class, there have been some offshoot ships but not the Ambie herself. So all there is to say is Good luck and Happy modding. :D

Well, I've already been told that the code for the game can't be changed so at least for shot purposes Edit Mode should surfice.  I'm interested in the Excalbur.  What is it about?
