Excellent! Out of curiosity, are you going to make the photons the pulse weapon or the quantums? The reason I ask is because in Nemesis, when the Enterprise fired photons, they rapidly shot out 3 at a time. The only weapons in BC that shoot that fast are the  disruptors/pulse phasers. You could make the quantums slower, with a limitation, but very powerful.

yeah, i would like the pulses to be the photons aswell. that would be more accurate to nemesis.

Im not sure if Im jumping the gun here, but in addition to the pulse torps, I think that the phasers should have a very quick burst and very quick recharge. I was watching the battle in Nemesis, and when the Enterprise barrel rolled, she fired several bursts from what looks like the same spot within seconds (watch at 2:21 in video)

Again, I'm not sure if you knew this or already made this changes Jb. I figured, why not suggest it just in case  :)

Yeah I made such phasers for my Post-Nem Enterprise-E althou mine are too strong but they fire in bursts ;) also JB let me know if you need Nem burst-phaser SFX it's the most accurate I could find ;)

Hey sorry I've just replied to you all, been away on business :P

Well to start off, the quantums are still on pulse, however the photon torpedo tubes at the aft are also pulses. The front torpedo tubes are normal torpedoes, simple reason is when I tested out everything being pulses, but the sfx clashed when both quantums and photons fired.

But i have put the immediate delay when firing the photons at the front to 0, so they fire as quick as possible like the film.

Yup I did noticed the shooting times on the phasers :) I put Nemesis on tele while i hped her ;) each phaser does 1500 max damage and probably lasts around 1.5/2 seconds firing burst. Thanks anyway Erk :D

I'll let you know on the SFX Bones, just need to compare it to the film :)

Right on the different note the beta team for the DQP are mainly testing her out, however I'm opening up 3 beta tester opportunities on BC-Central :D Drop me a PM, why you think you should and i'll get back to you. This opening is for 24 hours so hurry ;)

Calvin grows up to be Frazz. The logical continuation of this is, of course, that Frazz then grows up to be Edward Norton's character from Fight Club. And thus, all four of these characters are gods.Let's go one more step. Calvin grows up to be Jeremy, who grows up to be Frazz, who grows up to be "Tyler Durden," while Suzie grows up to be Haruhi Suzumiya; since Kyon becomes The Doctor, this leads to the inescapable conclusion that after the end of Fight Club, Calvin becomes Captain Jack.

Alright, so I discovered a tiny tiny error. And please keep in mind this is a tiny nit-pick. I think that the Pylon and Nacelles are actually supposed to be lighter than the Secondary Hull. Although the evidence isn't 100% clear, several in-movie shots point to my claim. I think those CG Renders made an wrong when it came to the warp engines.  But seeing how the ship is nearly done, you could get away with not changing it.  :)

Yeah they already are a tad lighter than the secondary hull (on the cg model pics already supplied)...
The light just reflects off the metallic surface and makes it brighter....
I think the spec maps can fix this rly....
Canon is what people argue exists on ships that don't exist.

why not, if you could run CG Sovereign (included in KM 1.0) then you will be able to run this one as well as this is just a retexture (probably you'll have to use 1024 version tho)

well, it made my poor old can of worms stutter.. :roll which isn't surprising, seeing that I used the original textures. But the HP is well balanced, she handles well, she doesn't get all wonky from damage. as soon as my new rig is complete, I will love this ship into pieces.  :D
