BC Quincentennial Mod - How to Install?

Does anyone know how to install the Quincentennial Mod 2.0? The readme file included wasn't all to intuitive. It says to use BCMI for the plugins, but that's outdated. I use BCUT 1.8.1. Couldn't I just manually install the plugins too?
