In the first pic... where the hell is that phaser beam coming from? There's no emitter there. Like, at all.

Yeah, good point...

Farragut gets into a spot of bother...

I remember that thread!  Good idea, Neb.

Well, I don't have any recent ones, but mine are still good!

More! (Now hosted)

"Groovy"

"It slices!  It dices!"

I was amazed when these next two happened:

"Mid-Warp Collision 01"

"Mid-Warp Collision 02"

Boy, Nebula, you unleashed a torrent by reviving this thread!

(Again, remember to read the file names!)

The second one is my first screenshot that was posted at BCFiles, all those years ago.

That's all for my main STBC Screenshot folder.  I'll look through my other folders next!

Okay, found some more!  lol

I've got five other shots of what I call "The Discosphere", but this one is the best:

"It's still good!  It's still good!"

"Lord of the Rings 01"

"Lord of the Rings 02"

"Oooookay...."

"Pedestal"

I have no idea what happened in this shot.  This is how it actually appeared in game.  I recall that one of the images would update, but the other two just stayed on the screen.  Strangest part?  It only happened the one time.

Shields, but no ship:

I love this shot:  "The Insanity!"  (The computer AI was being a little...over-zealous)

"'Tis but a scratch!" (And no, I don't know how I got into warp)

I always imagine that those two are looking towards each other and muttering: *Sigh* "What the f*ck?"

"Captain's log, stardate 8141.6. Starship Enterprise on course for Ceti Alpha V to pick up the crew of the USS Reliant..."

Not a great screenshot (for all the high-end tech on this computer, the graphics settings have to be set kinda low for the damn thing to work without being sluggish), but a damned nice ship nonetheless...

I'm curious: has this image been photoshopped in anyway? The resolution is off from normal BC standards...

Cropped it. The original image is 1280x1024 (the only way I could run BC without everything looking super-compressed).

Thought you might approve. *grin* Though I suppose I should mention that the torpedo hit from Reliant is on the wrong side - all the damage done to the Enterprise in TWOK was on the port side, so the torpedo blast should be on the port aft quarter, not the starboard aft quarter. But either way...yes, quite a loverly model. :)

First picture: After Starfleet located the Hood adrift in space, they found a note in Engineering that read "This is why you need authorization codes to self-destruct." (The damage was actually caused by careful application of cheating - particularly removing its shield generator - and several well-placed torpedoes from the cloaked Bird of Prey. Still, the effect was appropriate...)

Second picture: "Great, you scratched the paint."
