Most likely means your graphics card can't handle them.  When the CG Sov first came out back in '03 many people (myself included) had the issue of the ship's engineering hull doing the same thing because the size of the texture was too much for my little 2001 integrated graphics card...

Very nice ship, what brand of gfx card are you using? Nvidia or Ati? Perhaps you can screw up the AA& AF settings :)

I think if you go to the Nvidia panel, choose Bridge Commander, and put AA and AF to override and set it to 8xx, it will be oke?

ill try that, it should work but my system is a bit....iffy when i modify stuff, id have to make a profile that applies to just STBC, which takes a few tries because my machine is a tempermetal ass.

Please don't select T&L as the gfx option in BC.... PLEASE... that usually stops any AA or AF from showing.
Canon is what people argue exists on ships that don't exist.

funny fact about BC vs AA&AF - try standard resolution, when I try to use 1366x768 I won't get those to work in BC don't ask me why cuz I dunno :idk: getting back to 1024x768 did the trick ;)
