Lets see...Starfleet Academy, Klingon Academy, New Worlds, Invasion, Birth of the Federation, both Armadas, Shatterd Mirror and Hidden Evil are the main ones missing.

IDEA: This should be split into seperate console and pc polls, then take the top three from each and see which is truely best.
All hail the messiah!

Also, it should be added that there exists no game by the name of "Voyager: Elite Force 2". The sequel to "Voyager: Elite Force" was simply titled "Elite Force 2".

Regarding the current poll, despite its lack of certain games, i'd say the early Starfleet Command games were among the better made.

25th Anniversity. ;)

I actually liked that one.

I found KA too hard for me, I'm no hardcore player. :(
But I can most certainly see the fun in it, you get totally immersed with that.
I still can't read peoples minds, nor can I read peoples computers, even worse, I can't combine the two to read what is going wrong with your BC install...

Klingon Academy. No other contender in my books.

In terms of 'classic value', Starfleet Command 2 is the best. The game with the most potential is clearly Bridge Commander - it has all the elements of the PERFECT Star Trek game, but Totally Games sort of screwed it up (too little content, stupid Felix, too little dialogue from the crew in QB), and it is rather dated without mods.

Elite Force II is the best up there.

Bridge Commander is pretty much my favorite Trek game, with the PC version of 25th Anniversary and Judgement Rites following in second and third.

And for all the abuse it's going to heap on my head, I have a soft spot for Starship Creator.

Star Trek: SFC was a good game (it still is). Star Trek: Borg was also a good game, until the game glitched up at a decision point where I had to use the mouse.

After Legacy, it's unlikely that Bethesda will allow Mad Doc to make another Star Trek game. They squandered the budget and looking through the code just jacked around while making it. This is the problem when you have too relaxed of an atmosphere in an office.

I liked Tactical Assault, it was a good take on starfleet command but was too hard to beat without cheats

I anticipate ST:O being the most intriguing game yet. I mean, it uses the internets! xD

And let's not forget ,the Internets is a series of tubes... and everything flows through these tubes at pretty much the same rate.
