Well, I've lost the original Rashanar mesh and I've had to start over from scratch. I believe, though, that I've done a much better job this time around. Having no poly limitations really gives me the chance to play with Max and try out different things, and I've gotten a plethora of ideas for the Mithra through this. Also, I've been playing with lighting and the environment settings, and a camera... ANY helpful hints or suggestions for my renderings and the mesh itself are greatly appreciated!

So the first pic is of the bow... I have no clue how large this is gonna be, yet, but it was suggested that this could be an automated gun on a much larger ship. Cool idea, only thing is it's sitting at just over 112,000 polies already and my PC isn't loving me too much, haha

I'll be adding furnature and doors, etc. in there at some point. [I do want to do fully-furnished rooms viewable through the viewports on this one... I'm thinking a cross between BSG style and Federation... could change my mind later though...
OH! I also need to know how I should go about making lights for the hull, to display the registry and name and so on... and also, particularly,
how I should go about making lights to illuminate the interriors of rooms? That part, in particular, is bothering me... thanks!
