the first developer that was working on ST:O bit to far and got themselves into some copyright trouble (AFAIK), so i can understand why Cryptic is making sure not to make that same mistake by creating more "unique and out-there" designs. thumbs up for the creativity

While interesting, the design seems illogical to me. You do'nt see planes with holes in them, lol.

THEY HAD many of the designers of the trek ships on their team....
