16 textures. Tried both ifl files during export and manually changing the nif in NifSkope to add the NiFlipController needed. Nothing worked 
No, I mean how are they set up in the scene?
I know how Phaser's animation is set up, I created a mock up, based on his animations. Here are the four textures I used. (Please forgive their crudeness.) Bus1_1, 2, and 3 use the alpha as a transparency, while bussard_glow uses the alpha as a light map. Also, a video of it working in Max.
