Help! My eyes are stuck! I can't look away from these awesome pics! Wow, just add 100 or so thousand polies and this would be a perfect cgi movie quality model...would'nt need to change a thing...just make it weigh more.

EDIT: Oh, and what about the blue torp(ST:TMP) and the green torp(ST:TFF)? Just curious since I don't think any of the refits and A's out there have one of those as an alternate texture as far as I know.
All hail the messiah!

The clean ST2 Enterprise will feature both the blue TMP torps and the WOK torps. The ST6 Enterprise has only the red torps. I already have these working ingame and all are custom made(no reusing older weapons or sfx).

These ships are awesome. I can't wait until he does Star Trek IV cause I guarantee Wiley could make a impressive and awesome looking Bird of Prey.

Wiley this ship is just jaw dropping good and looks to be one of the greatest BC constitution refit models to date, so I hate to say this it feels like such a nitpick for such an awsome ship but at least to me the saucer looks a bit ... segmented... I dont know if there is a better way to put it. It could be just me and like I said I really really hate to say it because it does seem like nitpicking. still its jaw dropping goregeous and still definately giving a cookie for all this work
"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee."

  • Obsessive detailing is just what I do.
Sheesh, I go away for.. ok, let's just ignore how long I've been gone... and I come back and we've upgraded to this kind of Connie? Holy crap, that's beautiful.

Know what's hilarious?  This now has more polys than my 24k 2.0 Sovereign model.

My model is now 27.1k polys. I've updated the saucer, a simple rebuild, which now has 50 segments instead of 40. It now looks less segmented and I slightly made the saucer a slight bit thinner, but not too thin. I also tweaked the saucer rim textures in which the windows are "cut in half" by the saucer grid, which is something I guess no one noticed but it adds another bit of "canon" to the ship.

If anyone is comparing this TMP Connie to CG's Sovereign 2.0, my model is 25.1k polys and the botanical garden vegetation adds another 2k polys.

I'm happy that everyone is loving this!  :)

Calvin grows up to be Frazz. The logical continuation of this is, of course, that Frazz then grows up to be Edward Norton's character from Fight Club. And thus, all four of these characters are gods.Let's go one more step. Calvin grows up to be Jeremy, who grows up to be Frazz, who grows up to be "Tyler Durden," while Suzie grows up to be Haruhi Suzumiya; since Kyon becomes The Doctor, this leads to the inescapable conclusion that after the end of Fight Club, Calvin becomes Captain Jack.

Aside from the mesh errors along the edge of the saucer section in the first of that latest load of screenshots, it doesn't look half bad.

Canon is what people argue exists on ships that don't exist.

The only mesh errors that do show on the model is a small section of the port nacelle, a docking port, and one of the arboretum windows. They are very small and are not distracting.
