Another small detail...i would post a reference shot but you don't want that LOLOL.....but the bridge lights on the Reliant are indeed red..and the lower sensor dome lights..that are white/yellowish on the Enterprise are two red dots on the Miranda class.... check the Reliants approach to the Enterprise in TWOK to see what i mean...I'm not being picky as I can make these changes for myself...but you've done a spectacular job on two of my favorite TMP ships i figured you would want them as perfect as possible..

the bridge lights on the Reliant are indeed red.

Yep, though if I recall subtly. it was more the lense flairs that were reddish wasn't it?

The lights were more of a golden-red and they will be lit with blinkers.

I've decided to rebuild my Excelsior and to keep it under the 30k range for these TMP ships. The new Excelsior is now 18.5k polys and that's with the regular and refit hulls. This is a significant reduction in polys compared to version 1. I still have to build the aft torp tubes, details in the neck, upper the lower sections of the saucer, and the extra parts for the refit. Enjoy! 8)

Ooh, very pretty Wiley! It's great to have a rebuild! :D

Yeah, with the rate of cookies going, if you thought he couldn't keep up with Road Runner :P.

Great work Wiley as usual!  I WILL one day be a great modeler (if I can get off my lazy butt to do it) like you!   COOKIE

The Excelsior and refit pieces are done. The NX/NCC Excelsior will be around 23k polys, and the Lakota/Ent-B is around 26k polys. Other small details like phaser emitters will be added during the texturing process.

Whenever it gets hardpointed, please make sure there's a USS Hood :). It's a dishonor to Starfleet's most famous captain, crew, and ship (and Gene's personal contribution to the franchise) that we often forget her :(. Plus it goes along with the FC Excelsior Bridge for once :P.
